It started with a single mother and a subway card
Natural Plus was born in Brooklyn in 2015. Nallely Franco was a single mother with a product she believed in and almost nothing else. There were no warehouses, no couriers, no investors — so she delivered every order herself, riding train after train across New York City. Some days her eight-year-old son rode beside her, doing homework between stops. When customers cancelled at the door, she lost the time and the fare — but never the faith.
