Unopened, sealed items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Start by contacting us and we'll send you the return details.

Because everything we make is a personal-care product that goes on your scalp and hair, we cannot accept opened or used items back. This is a hygiene standard across the industry, and it lets us guarantee that every bottle we ship has only ever been touched by us.

Message us from your account or through our contact page with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll respond with simple next steps — usually within one business day.

Often we can do better than a refund. Ask us about an exchange or store credit first — if a product wasn't right for your hair type, we would rather help you find the one that is.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method for the price of the product. Original shipping is not refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, that is on us and we fix it at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement — you keep the original and pay no return shipping.

So we can process it quickly and file with the carrier, please include three photos: the outer box with the shipping label visible, the packaging inside, and a close-up of the problem. For orders over $75 a short video also helps us resolve it the same day.

The shipping label is the important one — it links your claim to your parcel and means we can approve most replacements immediately instead of investigating.

If something has gone wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A dispute can take your bank up to 90 days to resolve; we can almost always sort it out in a day.
