Creator Program Agreement

You participate as an independent contractor. This agreement does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, or franchise relationship, and you may not make commitments on our behalf. “Natural Plus,” “we,” and “us” mean Natural Plus USA (naturalplususa.com); the creator portal lives at mynaturalplus.com.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your account details current. Applications are reviewed, and we may approve, decline, or later suspend participation at our discretion. One account per person.

Once approved you receive a personal referral code, shareable links, and — at your option — one personal discount coupon. Sales are attributed to you through these tools within the attribution windows shown in your Creator Portal.

Your personal coupon is creator-funded: the discount it grants is deducted from your commission on that order (never below zero). You decide how much of your commission you share with your customers.

You earn a commission on qualifying attributed sales at the rates shown in your Creator Portal; rates may differ for a customer's first order versus repeat orders and by program level. A sale qualifies once the order is paid, and stays qualified only if it is not refunded, disputed, or canceled — refunds and chargebacks void the commission, including after payout, in which case the amount is deducted from future earnings.

Purchases you make yourself through your own code count as attributed sales. Fraudulent, artificial, or self-dealing schemes to farm commissions void the commissions involved and are grounds for removal from the program.

The program has three levels: Affiliate, Pro, and Ambassador. Creators who join through your link become part of your organization, and qualifying levels earn a team override on their sales at the rates shown in your portal.

Promotion to Pro is automatic once your organization's total qualifying sales — your own included — reach the threshold displayed in your portal. Pro may also be reached by purchasing a designated Fast Track kit at its ordinary retail price. Buying is never required and the sales route above always remains open. If a Fast Track kit is refunded or charged back, the account returns to Affiliate rates and commission paid at Pro rates is subject to review and clawback, including after payout. Ambassador is granted only by Natural Plus review; it is never automatic and cannot be purchased.

Payouts are sent using the payout method you configure in your portal, which may include PayPal, bank transfer (ACH), or mailed check, on the schedule shown there. As an independent contractor you are responsible for your own taxes. For U.S. persons we may require a completed Form W-9 and issue the applicable Form 1099 when the reporting threshold and other requirements in effect for that payment year are met.

Program name: Natural Plus USA Creator Alerts.

What it is: transactional notifications to enrolled creators about their own account activity — commission earned on an attributed sale, team override when a member of your organization makes a sale, notice when a new creator joins your organization, and payout status updates. No marketing or promotional messages are sent on this program.

How to join: check the optional SMS consent box on the creator signup page or in your Creator Portal profile and confirm your mobile number with the one-time verification code. Consent is optional and is not a condition of joining or remaining in the Creator Program.

Active creators receive access to the Creator Hub at mynaturalplus.com — training, documents, product photography, and approved brand assets. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use these materials solely to promote Natural Plus while you are in the program.

Do not share your login, republish training content, or use our name, logo, or assets in ways the Hub does not approve. This license ends when your participation ends.

You are responsible for what you publish. U.S. law (the FTC Endorsement Guides) requires you to clearly disclose your material connection to Natural Plus — for example “#ad” or “I earn a commission” — in every post, video, or story that promotes us.

Keep claims truthful and consistent with our published materials. Our products are cosmetic hair-care products: never state or imply that they diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and never promise specific results or income.

When you publicly post content about Natural Plus or our products — posts, photos, videos, reels, reviews, testimonials — you grant Natural Plus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reshare, repost, and use that content in our marketing: on our sites, social channels, emails, and advertising, with credit to your handle where practical.

You confirm the content is yours to license. You may ask us in writing to stop future uses of a specific piece; uses already published may remain.

No bidding on “Natural Plus” or confusingly similar terms in paid search. No posting your coupon to coupon or deal aggregator sites. No unsolicited bulk email or text messages — you must comply with CAN-SPAM and the TCPA. No misleading, disparaging, or unlawful promotion, no misrepresenting yourself as Natural Plus staff, and no participation in stolen-payment or refund-abuse schemes.

Either of us may end participation at any time, and we may suspend or remove accounts that violate this agreement. Commissions on valid, delivered, non-refunded orders earned before the end date are still paid on the normal schedule; commissions tied to fraud or violations are forfeited. The Creator Hub license ends immediately; the content license and the legal sections below survive.

Rates, thresholds, attribution windows, and program features are displayed in your Creator Portal and may change prospectively. For material changes to this agreement we will notify you in the portal or by email; continuing to participate after a change takes effect is acceptance. Changes never reduce commissions you have already earned.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute belongs exclusively to the state or federal courts located in Florida. If part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest stands. Together with our site Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, it is the entire agreement about the program.
