Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or account creation. You can opt out at any time.
Natural Plus USA sends automated, non-promotional transactional text messages to customers who provide a mobile number and opt in. Messages relate to orders placed with us: order and backorder confirmations, shipping updates with tracking, delivery notifications, Subscribe & Save confirmations and renewals, and payment alerts.
You opt in only from your signed-in customer profile on naturalplususa.com: save a U.S. mobile number, tick the SMS consent box, request a verification code, and enter that code successfully. The box is never pre-ticked, and consent is not a condition of a purchase or account creation.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive between 1 and 5 messages per order.
Message and data rates may apply. Natural Plus USA does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further messages. You can also untick SMS consent in your account profile.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us any time — we answer every message.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
No mobile information, including your phone number and text-messaging opt-in data or consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile information. Your number is used only to deliver the transactional messages described above.
