Creator Program SMS Privacy Policy

Natural Plus USA is the customer-facing DBA and trade name of Natural Plus LLC, the legal business registered for this program.

Natural Plus USA Creator Alerts sends transactional notifications to enrolled creators about their own account activity: commission earned on an attributed sale, a team override when a member of your organization makes a sale, notice when a new creator joins your organization, and payout status updates. This program does not send marketing, promotional offers, or discounts.

For Creator Alerts, we process your mobile phone number to verify it and send the alerts you request. New durable consent records associated with your Creator account include the date and time, source context, exact wording shown, language, verification status, and a pseudonymous phone fingerprint; they do not add your raw phone number, IP address, or user-agent information to the consent record. Legacy consent evidence collected under an earlier process may retain those fields only for an approved lawful retention period, after which they are anonymized. Creator account activity — including commissions, organization membership, and payout status — is processed only as needed to generate the transactional alerts described here.

Consent is given in one of two places: the public creator signup page at https://naturalplususa.com/affiliate/signup, or the profile section of your Creator Portal. Signup and a fresh profile show the optional box unchecked. In the profile, a checked state may re-display your own previously saved affirmative request under this disclosure, but that request remains inactive until the same number completes one-time-code verification; pending intent collected under older wording is cleared by the compliance migration. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the account notifications described above. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties, affiliates, lead generators, or other organizations for marketing or promotional purposes. Operational messaging providers may process this information only to deliver and support Creator Alerts and may not use it for their own marketing.

To request access to, deletion of, or de-identification of your mobile number and related Creator Alerts data, email support@naturalplususa.com. We honor those requests subject to legal obligations to retain proof of consent and revocation. When retention is required, we keep only the minimum consent evidence needed and de-identify direct identifiers; opting out always stops future Creator Alerts even when that limited compliance record must remain.
